TENANT ASSESSMENT
A comprehensive tenant referencing process including:
- Address History
- Credit History
- Employment Reference
- Character Reference
- Existing Landlord Reference
Applicants details will be sent to you for approval before tenancy commences
INVENTORY
A comprehensive list of property condition, fixtures, fittings & any contents
BOND
A deposit bond, usually equal to one month’s rent, will be placed in a Deposit Protection Scheme
TENANCY AGREEMENT
Usually a Six Month Assured Shorthold Tenancy
RENT PAYMENT
- Rent is payable by tenants monthly in advance.
- We accept rent payment from tenants by Bank Standing Order, Cash or Cheque
- Payment to Landlords is made by Bank Transfer
REPAIRS
We have accredited contractors to undertake repairs & maintenance
LANDLORDS CHECKLIST
We require you to provide us with:
- Proof of ownership
- Consent to Lease by Mortgage Lender
- Landlords’ Buildings Insurance (*)
- Gas Safety Certificate (*)
- Energy Performance Certificate (*)

OUR RENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
- Prepares Tenancy Agreements
- Applies rent payment to tenants’ account
- Provides Landlord & Tenant with Statement of Account
- Chases rent arrears by text message & post
- Issues Notices when required
