  • Credit History
  • Employment Reference
  • Character Reference
  • Existing Landlord Reference

Applicants details will be sent to you for approval before tenancy commences

INVENTORY

A comprehensive list of property condition, fixtures, fittings & any contents

BOND

A deposit bond, usually equal to one month’s rent, will be placed in a Deposit Protection Scheme

TENANCY AGREEMENT

Usually a Six Month Assured Shorthold Tenancy

RENT PAYMENT

  • Rent is payable by tenants monthly in advance.
  • We accept rent payment from tenants by Bank Standing Order, Cash or Cheque
  • Payment to Landlords is made by Bank Transfer

REPAIRS

We have accredited contractors to undertake repairs & maintenance

LANDLORDS CHECKLIST

We require you to provide us with:

  • Proof of ownership
  • Consent to Lease by Mortgage Lender
  • Landlords’ Buildings Insurance (*)
  • Gas Safety Certificate (*)
  • Energy Performance Certificate (*)
